Within days of my initial contact, Angel and his team were out with their big crane truck to take care of the issue. We needed two dead trees and a junk tree removed. In spite of several storms that caused widespread damage in the area,... AC Tree Experts still did the work I needed in a timely fashion. They were so neat and orderly that you would hardly know they were there except for the missing trees.They even removed some of my own yard waste that I hadn't bagged for removal yet from pruning shrubs. I didn't ask and wasn't charged. They are just nice, hardworking people.They raked the grass so there were no shards or chips and even spared a small dogwood that every other service said would have to be cut down to remove the larger tree.Next time we need work I already have the number saved to my phone.read more

I can’t understand why so many 5 stars. My experience was terrible - I had an initial walk through with the owner for... an estimate. He took no notes & we agreed that he would provide a quote. I heard nothing back. About 3 weeks later I awoke to a guy sitting in my tree with a chainsaw. I asked him who he was & he said AC Tree Services. I then heard more activity behind my fence & shockingly a whole crew had cut down my 8 azalea bushes. I ordered everyone to stop, called the owner who arrived about an hour later told him to clean up the mess & leave. There was no communication, no estimate, no scope of work, nothing. They simply showed up and started cutting stuff down. You would have to be nuts to hire this company.read more

A huge tree fell on my Mother in Laws house, we needed quick action to remove the tree to tarp half of the house. My... husband found AC Tree Experts from a simple Google search. It was unbelievable the response time to our phone call. With in 2 hours they had a full crew, large crane, wood chipper, and other machinery on site! It's truly unbelievable that they were able to remove the entire massive tree, patch & tarp the roof, and clean up the entire large yard within 4 and a half hours! We can't praise them enough! We had the best experience with Angel and his team. We had a massive hickory tree so close to our house (right on our... patio) and it worried us everytime there were strong winds. We used a different company last year to remove some branches from this tree, and after this company broke our fence and made huge divets in our yard, we knew we had to find a different company to take the tree down completely. There is a reason AC Tree Experts has 100+ five-star reviews. I called Angel and he was out to our house the very same day to take a look at the tree. He quoted us, didn’t want any money until the job was done, and the quote stayed the same throughout the project. (No “hidden” costs that other companies could try to say.) The process itself was amazing. This massive tree, which I thought would take all day, only took a few hours. The team got here, sprung into action, and it was over before we knew it. They were fast, efficient, and so careful (as they were moving huge branches and parts of the tree directly over our house with a large crane.) The clean up was outstanding as well, leaving no debris behind. Will be using them again and absolutely recommend to anyone else looking for work!read more

Angel and his crew came out on short notice and efficiently removed a bunch of trees with various problems and cleaned... out all the dead wood on a property that hasn’t seen much tidying over the years. The work conditions here are tricky ~ there’s an old bridge that doesn’t allow for large trucks or heavy machinery and two of the trees they were taking down were in a wet and difficult work area. I had a lot of tree companies out for estimates and I heard a thousand reasons why this job couldn’t happen and/or I was told by other companies that the cost would be prohibitive. Angel thoroughly reviewed the conditions, but he didn’t bat an eyelash at the job. He showed up with 6 guys and they did the work the old-fashioned way ~ no cranes, no buckets over the bridge. The conditions created considerably more work, but they did it with a smile and for less money than their competitors. Angel's guys were courteous and took great care to leave everything neat and to my complete satisfaction, and Angel was on site to supervise all day. I highly recommend Angel and AC Tree Experts to anyone looking for a reliable and conscientious team.read more
